This condo is an end unit which provides more privacy and a larger floor plan. The main living area is equipped with a large Smart TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc.). You'll find the high-speed internet means super fast streaming throughout the home. There's even an attached two-car garage available for your use for private, secure parking. First Floor: Living Area - Two comfortable sofas, chair, large Smart TV, ceiling fan. Master Ensuite Bathroom - Large vanity, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner. Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet. Guest Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds twin over full, twin bed, closet, ceiling fan. Laundry Room - Located on second level, full capacity washer & dryer, complimentary laundry soap. Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
