Relax in the sauna, cold plunge in the river or soak in the hot tub & gaze at the stars! The Hummingbird at Zen Zion is located past the first 2 cabins, and nestled against the hill to the North. This cabin sleeps 6 and has everything you need to feel right at home. Upon entering the cabin you will find a living room with a comfortable couch, gas fireplace, and a TV. The perfect space for relaxing! The kitchen is just off the living room and is fully stocked, with full appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything you need to cook up your favorite meals! The laundry closet in the master bedroom has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and an outside entrance. The loft, right above the living room and kitchen is a fun area with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a half bathroom, and even a hanging chair! There is also a full bathroom on the main floor of this cabin (shower only). The Hummingbird is comfortable and cozy, but if you prefer to be outside, we don't blame you! Cold plunge in the river or relax in the sauna. Make yourself at home on the deck, grill dinner, listen to the birds sing and maybe even see some deer or wild turkeys! Take a walk down to the river and just enjoy the scenery! The outdoor pavilion and hot tub is for you to use and enjoy, but is shared among all of the units at Zen Zion. Zen Zion offers privacy, seclusion, convenience, and comfort. You will receive the door code prior to your reservation. Please pull all the way to the back of the property. It's best to pull right at the T into the turnaround circle and then back up to park in front of the Hummingbird cabin. You can even fit 2 small cars end to end here. When leaving the property, pull forward into the cirlce, turn around there, and then leave the property the way you came in. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Zen Zion is a little slice of heaven where you can relax surrounded by nature. There is also a lot of fresh water on the property, so you may encounter bugs, mice, and other critters during your stay. Please understand that while we do our very best to keep them under control, we can't eliminate their presence entirely. Cabin is heated by space heaters in the winter season Please note there is not good cell service on the property, but the wifi is fantastic! Simply make sure your cell phone is set to allow wifi calls and texts and you will have no problems! The insulation in the domes blocks some of the wifi beaming, so if you are staying in a dome and have a weak signal, moving closer to an open curtain, door, or bay window will solve the problem. Zen Zion is over 5 acres of land with 5 units available to be rented individually, altogether, or a combination of the ones that fit your needs. Please note, if you have not booked the entire property (all 5 units), other guests will be coming and going and sharing the pavilion, lawn, hot tub, and space along the river with you, so please be respectful and kind to the other people you may rub shoulders with while here. The driveway in and out has one large loop around the pavilion, and a small turnaround at the Southeast end. Please park your vehicles near your unit, leaving room for oher guests to enter and exit the property. If you have large trailers or extra vehicles, please park them in the field just to the left after you enter, behind the large dumpster. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow responsible pet owners to bring their dog companions. There is not a fence on property, so please keep pets outside only on leash. Please make sure your dog is flea-free before arrival. Please pick up after your pets around the property. Do not leave dogs unattended inside barking and scratching at doors. If you bring a kennel and they are used to that for short periods, that is fine. Do not allow dogs on furniture (beds, chairs, sofas) unless you have your own pet blanket that they will sit or rest on. Our pet fee does not include coverage for damages. If there are incidents (complaints from neighbors, or damages to property) there is a $200 minimum charge, with total to be determined by professional assessment for repairs/replacement. We love dogs, and have one of our own. Most of the time there is no problem, but we've found it's best to be up front with the policy and expectation.
