Upon entering each unit, you will find a living room with a flat screen smart TV, a comfortable couch, a dining table that seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for your convenience. Just off the dining area of each unit is a patio that offers a propane BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub. After a full day or exploring all that Southern Utah's color country has to offer, relax and take a soak in the hot tub while you stargaze or simply enjoy those southern Utah summer nights. Unit 1: Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill style bathroom which allows access from Bedroom 1, or from the hallway. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable King sized bed with plush bedding, the perfect place to get a good night's rest. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed and a closet. Both bedrooms are furnished with top of the line mattresses. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Unit 2: Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill style bathroom which allows access from Bedroom 1, or from the hallway. Bedroom 1 features a plush King sized bed, the perfect place to get a good night's rest. Bedroom 2 falso features a king sized bed and a closet. Both bedrooms are furnished with top of the line mattresses. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Both units offer a laundry closet with full capacity machines located upstairs for your convenience. Glendale Getaway is located right off the main street in Glendale, UT and is within walking distance to Brinks Grill & Country Store. There is plenty of parking for trailers, toys, and vehicles.
