Tucked into the trees you'll feel like you're miles from anyone, yet you're just minutes from restuarants and the parks! The Virgin River runs right through the property! Stargaze from the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, or cold plunge in the river. The River Dome provides a unique lodging experience. You'll feel like you are miles away from anyone, while having all of the amenities and comforts you could need or want! This unit has heat and AC so no matter what time of year you're visiting, you can be completely comfortable! Upon entering the River Dome you will see a TV and sitting area, a dining area, and a kitchenette (mini fridge, sink, coffee machine, mini blender, toaster oven, 2 burner electric cook top, pots and pans) . The king sized bed in the main area and the full sized bed up in the loft are both perect for a good nights rest or stargazing! The wall of the dome pulls back to reveal the spectacular view both day and night. The ceiling of the dome above the loft also opens to a stunny show that only Southern Utah skies can give. River Dome also has a full bathroom (shower only). Outside you will find a patio with a BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor furniture, lawn area, and a laundry house that is shared between the two dome houses. The River Dome truly has it all! This Dome is tucked into the trees and just steps away from the Virgin River, which runs right through the property and gives you stunning views and sounds of nature. Cold plunge in the river, unwind in the sauna, listen to the birds, and maybe even see some deer or wild turkeys! The outdoor pavilion and hot tub is for you to use and enjoy, but is shared among all units at Zen Zion so please be considerate of other guests. This property offers privacy, seclusion, convenience, and comfort! Escape the hustle and bustle and get away to Zen Zion! There is a locked key box on the side post of the fence closest to the dome door. Code will be sent prior to check in. Please pull close to your unit so that people can still pull by using the circle around the pavilion if necessary. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Zen Zion is a little slice of heaven where you can relax surrounded by nature. There is also a lot of fresh water on the property, so you may encounter bugs, mice, and other critters during your stay. Please understand that while we do our very best to keep them under control, we can't eliminate their presence entirely. Please note there is not good cell service on the property, but the wifi is fantastic! Simply make sure your cell phone is set to allow wifi calls and texts and you will have no problems! The insulation in the domes blocks some of the wifi beaming, so if you have a weak signal, moving closer to an open curtain, door, or bay window will solve the problem. Zen Zion is over 5 acres of land with 5 units available to be rented individually, altogether, or a combination of the ones that fit your needs. Please note, if you have not booked the entire property (all 5 units), other guests will be coming and going and sharing the pavilion, lawn, and space along the river with you, so please be respectful and kind to the other people you may rub shoulders with while here. The driveway in and out has one large loop around the pavilion, and a small turnaround at the Southeast end. Please park your vehicles near your unit, leaving room for oher guests to enter and exit the property. If you have large trailers or extra vehicles, please park them in the field just to the left after you enter, behind the large dumpster. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow responsible pet owners to bring their dog companions. There is not a fence on property, so please keep pets outside only on leash. Please make sure your dog is flea-free before arrival. Please pick up after your pets around the property. Do not leave dogs unattended inside barking and scratching at doors. If you bring a kennel and they are used to that for short periods, that is fine. Do not allow dogs on furniture (beds, chairs, sofas) unless you have your own pet blanket that they will sit or rest on. Our pet fee does not include coverage for damages. If there are incidents (complaints from neighbors, or damages to property) there is a $200 minimum charge, with total to be determined by professional assessment for repairs/replacement. We love dogs, and have one of our own. Most of the time there is no problem, but we've found it's best to be up front with the policy and expectation.
