We're located on a quiet street only a block away from Jacob Hamblin Park complete with a playground and splash pad, basketball courts and skate park with pump track, as well as the Kanab City swimming pool with lazy river and water slide, and little league baseball fields. Perfect location for the 4th of July fireworks or to set up camp if you have a little baseball player. Our home has been renovated with central air conditioning and heating. You're sure to love the clean, modern feel of the entire home. As mentioned, you can bring your pets, too! This property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends.
