Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering.
