Please note: • Pool & spa hours are 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM • The pool is seasonal, but typically open from March 30th through November 30th. Please check with us for current dates of availability • The spa/hot tub is open year-round You will receive a unique access code to your home prior to your arrival to use during your stay. To access the pool and hot tub area, the key fob is located inside the home. Catori Canyon is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its restaurants and shops. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Please ensure the pool key, all pool towels, and pickleball sets are returned to the home before checking out to avoid additional charges. * Pool Key: $250 • Pool towels: $20 each • Pickleball sets: $600 full set or $150 per paddle--please note: these are special paddles that keep the noise to a minimum It's important to note that Catori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy. Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles).
