Kids will enjoy the pool & foosball tables and other fun games located downstairs, while parents enjoy the lovely sitting room on the main level. Upstairs Bathroom - Shower/tub combo with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Game Room - Downstairs with futon, pool and foosball tables, other games, table & chairs, TV. Living Room - Stylish southwest decor, couch, chairs, fireplace, TV. Kitchen - Fully equipped, farmhouse sink, counter seating for 4, dining table for 8. Laundry Room - Full-capacity washer & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent & fabric softener. Back yard - Fully-fenced, spacious with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit, BBQ grill. Private entrance to the home. Keypad lock to open the door. We'll send you a private lock code prior to your stay. For the safety of our guests and our property, we have two Nest cameras installed. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores convenient and easy! Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well. Please keep in mind that the front and back yard are both still unfinished and we are working on getting them completed. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations!
