With two bedrooms that have a king bed and a queen bed with a trundle, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, you can sleep up to six here. There are two full bathrooms, too. With its modern, sleek design and open floor plan, the living room offers plenty of light and ample seating for movie nights with the large flat-screen TV. We provide Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Freevee and Roku TV. Let your inner chef loose in the fully equipped modern kitchen, boasting premium appliances and all the essentials. Connect with loved ones around the dining table or kitchen island, sharing laughter and retelling the day's journeys. Outside, you will have your very own barbecue grill, a rooftop deck with table & chairs, and a fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows!). As well, you'll have access to all of the common areas, which include a pavilion in the recreation area, games (corn hole!), pool, hot tub, and the restored 1920's barn. Timber & Tin Amenities Pool & Hot tub: • Pool & hot tub hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM • The pool is seasonal, so please check with us for current dates of availability • The hot tub is open year-round Barn & Pavilion: •Barn, pavilion, fire pit and play area are open from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM •Our historical barn is open for use and is equipped with a projector and old western movies for your viewing This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
