Stay in this spacious Kanab townhome near Zion and Bryce Canyon, perfect for families and groups up to 8. Enjoy a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable living spaces. With room for up to 9 adults and kids, bring family and friends on your dream southern Utah vacation! There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Full bed plus a pull out Trundle, Master bedroom also has a Fold out pad for extra bedding. There's also is  a sofa Queen sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy plenty of seating in the living room while you watch the large screen TV that has access to local channels and multiple streaming services. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to prepare and enjoy great meals to fuel up for everything you'll be doing that day. Kitchen items include, a crock pot, tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, muffin tin, cookie sheet, cake pan, bread pan, and toaster. When you come back, prepare a great dinner and gather around the table to discuss all your findings and plan for the next day's adventure. At bedtime, you'll be ready to sleep on one of the comfy queen beds (and there's even a twin pull-out attached to one of them). Your kids will love the cute decor and furnishings!

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are <b>NOT</b> allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. You'll have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically open for Spring Break (usually the last week of March) and close on October 1st. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.  

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.

Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!

This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. 

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Blue's Desert is centrally located near several attractions in Kanab. It's only a short walk or drive to multiple restaurants, shops, and other local destinations. 

Again, please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a <b>$250 fee</b> to replace it.

You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
