Master Bedroom - King bed, access to backyard/patio, ensuite bathroom. Ensuite Bathroom - Double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom 1 - King bed, access to the front patio. Guest Bathroom 1 - Vanity, walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, access to the front patio. Guest Bathroom 2 - Vanity, walk-in shower. Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer, dog wash station. Backyard - Fully fenced, patio with furniture and gas grill, access to roof deck. Roof Deck - Amazing views in all directions, outdoor furniture & fire pit. EV Charger in garage-wired for a 220 or 250 volt, does not include an adapter. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May (all weather permitting) La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is just a couple of miles away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a <b>$250 FEE</b> to replace it.
