Kitchen - Fully stocked, modern appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots and pans. Dining table with seating for six. Washer & Dryer - Full-size, located off the kitchen. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Smart TV, chair, nightstands, closet, outside access to back deck. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, chair, nightstand, workstation, vanity, closet. Bedroom 3 - Twin bunk beds, desk, bean bag, closet. Bathroom - Full bathroom with spacious shower. This home consists of two separate units; an upstairs space as well as a downstairs unit. There is an option to rent the entire home or just one level. This listing includes the both levels of the house. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
