They have a Keurig with pods there and extra trash bags and kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. The house was spotless and the instructions provided was easy to follow. Micah was very responsive and when we had an issue they were very promptly taken care of. we had an issue with the water heater at night and notified Micah about it. Within 20 minutes, they were there to take care of the issue. I thought it was above and beyond what one would expect.
