Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.
It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.
Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property.

Bret's place is immaculate. Everything is spotless. There is such thoughtful consideration into putting together what a family may possibly need to stay in his house. I appreciate how they made everything so easy for us. I enjoyed the views from the back yard and the use of the pool was wonderful as well. Thank you!
Beautiful house it fit everyone in our family, the views all around were wonderful and the location of the house was perfect. There are stores gas stations and places to eat very close by and a lot to go do.
Beautiful home in a great location if you want to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon. The house is just as pictured. Kanab is also a nice town with some good restaurants. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had. Definitely recommend!!
