Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Please do not turn the thermostat below 70 in the summer and above 72 in the winter. Please take your shoes off and leave them at the door. Please put only bagged trash in the trash bin outside - no loose items! Community Pool, Hot Tub are posted and apply. Please return the key to the key rack in entrance after use. Thank you!
It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

We had a the best experience with this rental. The house is well located close enough to get to the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion, also many other state parks, monuments and hiking trail heads. It close to town and grocery store. Tucked into a very nice neighborhood with a spectacular back drop. The access to the clubhouse which was literally right across the street was awesome! The club house had indoor/outdoor pool a small indoor hot tub, a workout room, restrooms. It had a huge gathering area with a full kitchen and a pool table which we enjoyed using. The hosts were very responsive and awesome to work with. Would stay here again if I ever come back to the area!!
Beautiful home with great amenities and was centrally located to national parks. The quaint town had many things to do for all ages. Our party of 8 ranging in age from 12-80 loved it.
This was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we’ve been a part of. Great location, beautiful home, perfect separation of rooms for larger numbers of people, and easy to use as a midway point for our different canyon hikes. The owners were amazing and quick to respond.
