The primary suite upstairs also features a comforable Queen sized bed, large closet, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a tiled tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom is located next to the bathroom and boasts a twin-over-full bunkbed, a dresser, a nice sized closet, and blacony access as well. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Please ensure the pool key, all pool towels, and pickleball sets are returned to the home before checking out to avoid additional charges. * Pool Key: $250 • Pool towels: $20 each • Pickleball sets: $600 full set or $150 per paddle--please note: these are special paddles that keep the noise to a minimum It's important to note that Cotori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware. There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage. This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering.
