Escape to this stylish 3BR retreat in Kanab, minutes from Zion National Park. Sleeps up to 8 and features a private hot tub, resort-style pool, and stunning red rock views. This beautiful house is equipped with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably on beds, along with a queen blow up mattress for the 8th person. During your stay, make sure to enjoy lots of leisure time as you'll have access to the community pools,  hiking trails, BBQ area and game room.

Master Suite: King bed, comfortable chair, big screen Smart TV, workstation, luggage rack, ensuite bathroom.

Master Ensuite Bathroom: Vanity with double sinks, shower/tub combination, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk beds, large Smart TV, chair, luggage rack.

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are <b>NOT</b> allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.

Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting.

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

It's <b>important</b> to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.

Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. 

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a <b>$250 FEE</b> to replace it.

It served as a great base camp and the house was well equipped and perfectly situated. The neighborhood is upscale compared to most of the town. The amenities were good (though the gym equipment is very old). The outdoor pool wasn’t quite open yet, but the indoor pool was good for kids. The bed is firm so bring a topper if you prefer a softer bed (we did not mind it at all). The kitchen was well equipped as well and we had everything we needed (except a pizza cutter). Overall, no complaints and would highly recommend!" (10/5)
