There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all on one level. All the Bedrooms have brand new king sized mattresses and 3 additional rollout beds are stored in the home. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own smart TV. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare amazing meals. Coffee is provided via Keurig and K-cups. The great room has a large open floor plan with a 100 inch smart TV. The backyard is has privacy fencing all around, desert landscaping, patio, tables and plenty of outdoor seating, propane grill, fire pit, swimming pool and hot tub. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1.25 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away.

The pool opens in mid April or May through roughly October each season depending on the weather. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations!
