If you're looking for a picture perfect, quiet & peaceful place to park your RV while you visit the national parks in southern Utah, this is it! In addition to the great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Mount Carmel Motel and RV Park is affordable and has full hook ups. Our RV Park is best suited for 35′ and under. This is because of width, not length. We have had over 40′ plenty of times, but slide-outs can be a challenge with our trees. All sites have 30 and 50 amp, and wireless internet. Pets are welcome in the RV Park as long as they are quiet, leashed, and picked up after. Limit of 2 per RV. A restroom with showers is available on the property for our guests. (Bathrooms and showers are closed for the winter months, December 1st to March 15 th) Ensure your southern Utah RV travel is easy and convenient by renting a spot at Mount Carmel Motel and RV Park! We have full hook-ups and more. ● This space, RV 3, is suitable for 30ft RV or 25ft trailer. ● There are 2 common bathrooms for the RV spots. Each bathroom has one shower. (Bathrooms and showers are closed for the winter months, December 1st to March 15 th) ● Pets are allowed but must be quiet, leashed and picked up after. ● 4 people per site, $5 each for additional people. ● Laundry is also available to guests during the hours of 4pm to 10pm. ● All sites have 30 and 50 amp, and wireless internet. Kanab, UT is 20 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via vehicle. Mount Carmel is in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Zion National Park (13 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (59 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 98 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (38 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (33 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (61 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (15 miles), Kodachrome Basin (76 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (90 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (66 miles), Horseshoe Bend (94 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (48 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. We have been a family operation for nearly 40 years. We also live and work on a farm and ranch near our motel that has been in the family for 4 generations. We love being able to meet wonderful people from all over the world and provide them an affordable, memorable experience in our unique farm town setting as they visit our nearby national parks. Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon North Rim. Enjoy your dream vacation in Kanab, also known as "Little Hollywood"! Dozens of Western movies were made here and every August, we have Western Legends, where you can meet some of your favorite old stars. It also features the High Noon Parade (with Longhorn cattle), Country Battle USA (great music!), Cowboy Poetry, a terrific vendor fair, a rodeo, and much more - not to mention yummy food.
