A convenient laptop area is perfect for staying connected. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the queen bedroom, with additional sleeping space on the convertible futon in the living room. But the true highlight? The private balcony, ideal for mesmerizing stargazing under the vast Utah sky or soaking in the vibrant hues of a morning sunrise against the striking red cliffs. This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are <b>NOT</b> allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy. Our guests will have plenty of room to park, use of the deck and yard, and the entire loft. Please keep in mind that this is a loft on top of a barn so guests will have to climb 27 steep stairs to access house. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy! Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
