UPSTAIRS:
Primary Suite - Drift off to dreamland on a king-sized bed with a plush mattress. In addition to a Smart TV, this spacious room features a dedicated workspace, if you need to connect with the office. Step outside onto a private balcony and greet the day with a quiet moment, watching the sun rise over the breathtaking red cliffs.
Ensuite Bathroom - Enjoy the ease of a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner.

Guest Bedroom 1 - Features a luxurious queen mattress, spacious closet, and a Smart TV, this room boasts everything you need for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Bedroom 2 - This room sleeps up to 6 comfortably featuring 2 full size and 4 twin size beds on the TWO twin-over-full bunks with trundles. Enjoy a Smart TV for entertainment, and a spacious closet.

Guest Bathroom - Shared by both guest bedrooms, this is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and complimentary hand soap, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner, and hair dryer. There is also a step stool for little ones.

Laundry Room - Located upstairs, it's equipped with a full capacity washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry soap.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Living Area - This inviting space features a large sofa, coffee and end tables for convenience, a large Smart TV with Roku guest access for catching up on shows, and a selection of board games for fun with family and friends.

Kitchen - The fully-equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island with seating for three, as well as a dining table with seating for 8. Unleash your inner chef with our supply of pots & pans, hand mixer, waffle iron, blender, Crock Pot, electric griddle, baking dishes, cookie sheets, Keurig coffee maker, and more. There is plenty of space for groceries in the walk-in pantry.

Half Bath - located on the main level for added convenience.

Outside:
Backyard/Patio: This fully enclosed space has a BBQ grill to cook up a feast. Then unwind on the rocking patio chairs while enjoying the sunset or the magnificent starry sky of Kanab. Enjoy the private hot tub out back after a long day of exploring the hidden wonders of Southern Utah!

Two-car Garage accessible from inside the house. As well as Double Shot Basketball! Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of mini basketball and earn bragging rights when you win!

For guests with little ones there is a retractable baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as a pack-n-play in the closet of the primary bedroom.

You will be provided with a code to enter the home prior to your arrival.

Guests will have full use of the townhome, garage, balcony, and patio.

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon and Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.
