Zen Zion Domes

Experience a one-of-a-kind glamping adventure in our unique dome retreat, nestled in the serene landscapes of Glendale, Utah. Two brand new domes that sleep 8! Located just 20 minutes from Zion National Park and less than an hour's drive to Bryce Canyon. Offering both seclusion and convenience, each dome sleeps 4 and offers a kitchenette and full bathroom! The Virgin River runs right through the property! Stargaze from the hot tub, cold plunge in the river, and relax in the sauna. Our domes provide a unique lodging experience unlike any other! Tucked away in the hills, in a serene setting with the Virgin River running right through the property, you'll feel like you're miles away from anyone, while having all the amenities and comforts you need to feel right at home. Each dome is fully climate controlled (warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer!) and each one offers a bed on the main level, as well as a bed in the loft (River Dome has a King bed in the main area and a full bed in the loft, and Evergreen dome has a queen bed in the main area and a full bed in the loft). Both domes offer the perfect spot for a good nights rest with the option to pull back the curtains and enjoy the view (or gaze at the stars!) right from the comfort of your bed! (The wall of the dome can be pulled back, as well as the ceiling, for optimal views from either sleeping area). There is also a TV, a sitting area, and a dining area in each dome. Equipped with a full bathroom (shower only) and a kitchenette area (mini fridge, sink, coffee machine, mini blender, toaster oven, 2 burner electric cook top, pots and pans), a patio area with a BBQ grill, firepit, and grass area, as well as a laundry house right outside, our domes have it all! The domes are located next to the Virgin River, which runs right through the property and gives you stunning views and sounds of nature. Listen to the birds, the river, and maybe even see some deer or wild turkeys! The large outdoor pavilion is for you to use and enjoy, as is the hot tub but is shared among all units at Zen Zion so please be considerate of other guests. This property offers privacy, seclusion, convenience, and comfort! Escape the hustle and bustle and get away to Zen Zion! There is a locked key box on the side post of the fence closest to each dome door. Codes will be sent prior to check in. Please pull close to your unit so that people can still pull by using the circle around the pavilion if necessary. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Zen Zion is a little slice of heaven where you can relax surrounded by nature. There is also a lot of fresh water on the property, so you may encounter bugs, mice, and other critters during your stay. Please understand that while we do our very best to keep them under control, we can't eliminate their presence entirely. Please note there is not good cell service on the property, but the wifi is fantastic! Simply make sure your cell phone is set to allow wifi calls and texts and you will have no problems! The insulation in the domes blocks some of the wifi beaming, so if you are staying in a dome and have a weak signal, moving closer to an open curtain, door, or bay window will solve the problem. Zen Zion is over 5 acres of land with 5 units available to be rented individually, altogether, or a combination of the ones that fit your needs. Please note, if you have not booked the entire property (all 5 units), other guests will be coming and going and sharing the pavilion, lawn, and space along the river with you, so please be respectful and kind to the other people you may rub shoulders with while here. The driveway in and out has one large loop around the pavilion, and a small turnaround at the Southeast end. Please park your vehicles near your unit, leaving room for oher guests to enter and exit the property. If you have large trailers or extra vehicles, please park them in the field just to the left after you enter, behind the large dumpster. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow responsible pet owners to bring their dog companions. There is not a fence on property, so please keep pets outside only on leash. Please make sure your dog is flea-free before arrival. Please pick up after your pets around the property. Do not leave dogs unattended inside barking and scratching at doors. If you bring a kennel and they are used to that for short periods, that is fine. Do not allow dogs on furniture (beds, chairs, sofas) unless you have your own pet blanket that they will sit or rest on. Our pet fee does not include coverage for damages. If there are incidents (complaints from neighbors, or damages to property) there is a $200 minimum charge, with total to be determined by professional assessment for repairs/replacement. We love dogs, and have one of our own. Most of the time there is no problem, but we've found it's best to be up front with the policy and expectation.
