Multiple large sliding glass doors offer stunning views of the red rock vistas and the pristine yard. There is plenty of parking for vehicles in the driveway and on the street. Need a place to park your RV? We offer an RV pad with electric hookups for a fee of $50 per night.

The large Primary Suite with a plush California King sized mattress, large walk-in closet, patio access, Smart TV, Ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom awaits you at the end of an adventurous day. The ensuite bathroom features both a walk in shower and a jetted tub. 

The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, patio access, ceiling fan, and private entrance to the 2nd full bathroom. The second full bathroom is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the hallway for the convenience of all guests. A full sized air mattress is also available for additional guests.

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $250 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: 2 dogs allowed per reservation.
