We hope to see you soon! Canyon Property is a freshly renovated home that boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and is located in a peaceful, small-town neighborhood. The 8 beds mean there are plenty of places to choose to lay your head at night, including a twin fold-out bed and living room pull-out queen-size couch. Upon entry, you'll instantly feel like you're at home in the tastefully decorated living room with a huge Smart TV and comfortable seating. Put on a movie, relax and recharge after a long day of exploring all that southern Utah has to offer. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen which is stocked with everything you'll need. Prepare a cup of coffee at the charming coffee bar. You can sit with it at the kitchen breakfast bar or enjoy it on the back patio while watching the sun rise. Gather around the small dining table to enjoy the meals you've prepared and share stories of the day's adventures. Or, dine al fresco on the covered patio where there's a BBQ so you can make delicious post-hike burgers and enjoy evening cocktails. You'll be in awe of the clear night skies full of stars! The tranquil main floor bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a large TV, so you can cuddle up and watch a late-night movie. Get ready for the day in the stylish bathroom and take a refreshing shower or warm bubble bath. The bathroom comes stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's also equipped with a washer & dryer for your use. Head up the stairs into the treehouse-like bedrooms. Upstairs Bedroom #1 is situated with 2 comfy queen beds and a twin fold-out bed. Across the hall, you'll find Upstairs Bedroom #2, which has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. The mattresses offer exceptional comfort, so you'll be well rested and ready to begin the next day's adventures. You will receive the door code prior to your reservation! This home has convenient access to Hwy 89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Kanab, UT is 25 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
