The expansive living room offers 4 comfortable couches (2 of which are sofa sleepers), a gas fireplace, a smart TV, a large dining area and a fully appointed chef's kitchen with top of the line applicances and cookware. On the main level you will find the primary suite with a luxurious king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled shower, a jetted soaker tub, double vanities, and a large walk in closet. This room also has private access to the large back deck, with the hot tub located just outside the door. Upstairs you will find gathering area with 2 couches (one being a sofa sleeper) and another smart TV. Off this room you will find the 3 guest bedrooms. Guest Room 1 features a plush king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo (this bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway). Guest Rooms 2 and 3 both offer a comfortable queen sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in tiled shower. On the main level you will also find a laundry room with full capacity machines for your convenience, and just off the kitchen is a large deck with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, large prorane fire pit, and a private hot tub. There is plenty of parking on the property (no parking allowed on the street) and a 2 car garage with an EV charger is available for guest use as well.
