HappyOur Ranch

Located close to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and other attractions only found in Southern Utah's Color Country, HappyOurs Ranch is a 50 acre ranch that has been a family get-away and retreat for over 50 years. Come explore the colorful maples, towering pines, sturdy oaks, "Smiling Pool" pond, and "Laughing Brook" stream. This will be your private family/group headquarters as you explore the marvels of Southern Utah. You can find us on Lydia's Canyon Road, just off historic Highway 89 and north of the town of Glendale, UT. Our cozy cowboy Bunkhouse offers the finest experience of western living with modern conveniences. This cabin features a full kitchen, laundry area, open-living area, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a custom-built bunkroom with two queen and full bunks, and upstairs loft with office and private queen bedroom. We also have high-speed wifi internet for your business and entertainment needs. Enjoy the star-filled night sky from the porch, hike to an ancient bat cave, fish in private ponds, schedule a scenic country wagon ride and cowboy dutch-oven dinner (schedule directly through us), or enjoy full use of the BBQ on the back patio. This is the ideal location to enjoy all the treasures that await you in Southern Utah. A cozy cabin located on a 50-acre ranch surround by horses and a pond...this is something right out of a western tale! :) The cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a fridge, stove/ oven and microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee out on the porch seating area. Need a movie night for the kids? We have you covered with a smart tv and DVD player! Sit out under the open sky and stargaze until the sun comes up. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds, with 2 Queen beds on one bunk and 2 full beds on the other. Upstairs is equipped with an office area and a Queen bed. The house has 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers and large vanities perfect for everyones needs! Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Please know there is no central heating or A/C in the home. We have fans and other sources of heat and air to keep our guests comfortable.
