If you're visiting us in February during the Hot Air Balloon festival (Balloons and Tunes) you will have a front row seat to the festivities of launching the balloons. The view doesn't get better!

Centrally located for day trips to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, this home is an ideal basecamp for hiking, ATV adventures, photography trips, family vacations, and outdoor exploration.

This home is pet friendly (dogs only, no cats) with an additional fee. 2 dog maximum. Dogs must be left in a crate if being left in the home unattended.

A unique entry code will be given prior to check in. The garage is available for guest use and must be accessed from inside the house.

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Pet Policy: House trained dogs only, no cats. 2 dog maximum allowed. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet both inside and outside so we can continue to be pet friendly. Dogs must be contained in a crate if being left unattended in the home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
