Located in Glendale, UT, you're a quick 20-minute drive from Zion National Park and only 50 minutes from Bryce Canyon. After an exciting day of exploring the parks, retreat to the secluded backyard. Then, relax in the hot tub and roast marshmallows over the firepit with your family and friends while taking in the natural beauty of your surroundings.

Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan.

Bunk Room 1 - 2 Double beds, trundle, Smart TV, chair, luggage rack.

Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer, complimentary laundry detergent.
Second Laundry Area- Upstairs bathroom.

Feel free to use the sand toys and cooler in the garage. There are also three sand sleds for our guests to use at the Coral Pink Sand Dunes if you'd like. Have fun!

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Kanab, UT is 30 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.75 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.75 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
