You’ll also have access to the community indoor & outdoor swimming pools, gym, hot tub, & dog park.

At Lazy Lucy Lodge, we know your dogs are part of the family and want them to feel as welcome as you do! This special home was designed with your four-legged family members in mind. No details were spared to ensure everyone will enjoy the ultimate in comfort and luxury. We even have a closet full of dog blankets so they can get cozy on the couch with you.

Speaking of couches, the living room at Lazy Lucy Lodge has a plush sectional couch and chairs to offer plenty of seating. Gather round, watch a movie on the Smart TV and turn on the gas fireplace when it's chilly out. The floor to ceiling windows mean you can enjoy the amazing views from inside, too.

When it comes to mealtime, the gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line appliances, instant hot water valve, and coffee and tea station. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, wok, insta pot, stock pots, hand mixer, bread pan, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The six-person dining table and counter bar are perfect for entertaining.

At bedtime, retreat to your choice of three inviting bedrooms, each with a brand new deluxe king mattress and two with Smart TVs. The 3rd bedroom is just off the living room and has double doors which can be left open to watch TV from bed if you desire.

If you need to work while you're here, you'll find a work station in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with an incredible jetted tub that can maintain a temperature of 104 degrees for up to 4 hours! As well, there is a double vanity and a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

You'll find another tiled walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. Both bathrooms provide complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer, as well as a sink.

You'll have access to the oversize garage, so you can park your vehicle out of the elements, complete with an EV outlet (guests will need to bring their own adaptor).

From its well-appointed interior to its inviting outdoor spaces, Lazy Lucy Lodge was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Take your morning coffee outside onto the enclosed front porch. Warm up with the propane firepit while enjoying amazing views of the surrounding red cliffs. 

At night, plan a BBQ with the propane grill and gather round the table to catch up on the day's adventures. The comfortable outdoor furniture makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. There's also another propane firepit, an outdoor stereo system and a peaceful fountain which attracts all kind of birds to the yard.

Your dogs will love the grassy area! And, if they get a little messy while out exploring with you, there's an outdoor dog washing station with both hot and cold water. 

A large capacity generator ensures you'll never experience a power outage and an optional alarm system will give you peace of mind. 

While this property is a pet-friendly property, there is a $75 pet fee if you plan on bring your furry friends. Pet Policy: We want and encourage you to bring your four-legged family member. A dear four-legged family member of ours was our inspiration in designing this home. However, in order to keep this home in excellent shape and ready for guests and their furry friends, pets are not allowed to be unattended in the home at any time. If you are going to leave your pet at the house, they must be in a crate. There are 2 XL 48 length,30 Wide, 32 Height crates located on the shelves in the laundry room, should you need them. Please understand and respect our policy.
 
Cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security purposes.

Guests will have full access to the home, garage, and yard.

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.

The clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers a communal indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, game room, and outdoor pavilion. Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting.

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

◆Security Deposit: This home has a $500 security deposit.

Again, this is a pet-friendly property and there is a $75 pet fee if you plan on bring your pet. Pet Policy: In order to keep this home in excellent shape and ready for guests and their furry friends, pets are not allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, if you are going to leave your pet at the house, they must be in a crate. There are 2 crates provided for you if you don't have your own. They are located on the shelves in the laundry room. Please understand and respect our policy.

The tall, narrow closet in the living room is stocked with pet blankets. Your pets are welcome to get cozy on the furniture with you, we just ask that you first cover the furniture with blankets. 

For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property.  Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub.

An EV outlet is located in the garage. Guests will need to bring their own adaptor.

Electric bikes/scooters may NOT be plugged in, inside the garage or house. The outlet on the west side of the house can be used to charge electric bikes and scooters. Please use the extension cord provided (located on the shelf to your right as you enter the garage) and place bikes and scooters as far away from the house as possible!

Cushions for the outdoor patio furniture can be found inside the garage, as well as a port-a-crib and high chair if needed. Upon check out please return cushions to the shelves in the garage.

It's <b>important</b> to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.

Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. 

◆Replacement fee for the key fobs to the community pool/clubhouse and the alarm system will be $250 each. PLEASE keep track of them and return them to their rightful spot before checking out!

We were looking for a pet friendly place to gather. We found it! I assure you if you are traveling with your pet pup to Kanab, there is no better place to stay. It is a true luxury of a place for dog lovers. Amazingly done: new, super clean and with everything you could possible need for you and your dog. I  wish all the Airbnb we stayed in were like this one. What a GEM!!!  Also, I can’t say enough about Julie who manages the property. She was incredible responsive throughout our stay and beyond. I accidentally left a couple of item behind. I contacted Julie to go back and retrieve them the next day or have them shipped. She went above and beyond to make them available and ensure I could get them back. She’s amazing!!  Overall, best place to stay in Kanab, hands down." (10/5)

The kitchen was overstocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/plates, etc. The house was stocked with dog towels/blankets/food bowls and the key to the best dog park within the neighborhood. Views from the front & back are amazing. Beds are comfortable and every bedside table had plugins for all of your phones/iPads/watches, etc. - you don't have to go hunting down outlets! The home is roomy, nice big bathrooms w/beautiful fixtures that also double as grab bars. All the switches are labeled and the outside patios are as enjoyable as the indoors! It was nice to be able to park in the roomy garage! There is a binder with everything you need to enjoy the house & Kanab - we found it super helpful. I told Julie she'd have to evict us - I didn't want to leave. Thanks for letting us stay in such a beautiful home away from home." (10/5)
